All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Saturday, with speed and carrier of postage depending on what item(s) are purchased. Loft Bespoke Pens are an exception and dispatch once they have finished crafting.
All domestic and overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail, unless there is service disruptions in which case all items will be sent via an appropriate courier.
- Domestic (UK) orders have Free Delivery.
- European orders, including Ireland and British Overseas Territories, have a minimum untracked postage fee of £4.00.
- Non European orders have a minimum tracked postage fee of £15.00.
All postage fees are subject to change with no notice, the amount required for postage will always be presented at Checkout.
If you wish to cancel an order or amend a delivery address, please message help@loftpens.co.uk as soon as possible. If you order has already been dispatched, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done, though items can be returned for a full refund (see full Return Policy for details).
In the event of a Return, shipping costs are nonrefundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
